Reference translation – in the event of a conflict, the Finnish version shall prevail.
1. TEAM ELIGIBILITY
All the clubs from the FIFA member countries are eligible to participate the StadiCup tournament according to the classes listed below.

The clubs may enter more than one team of the same class to StadiCup.
2. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Only the players, who have the player right in a club according to the tournament regulations of FIFA, SPL and StadiCup ry, may play in the StadiCup tournament. A player can play in multiple teams of the same club, given that the age-class requirements are met. A player can only represent a single club in the tournament. Any players in quarantine are not allowed to participate. NOTE! A team may be supplemented by not more than 2 players in the same age-class and from the same club. A team should submit a notice, in which they inform which is the primary team for the player and in which team she will supplement at the same time as they are submitting the registration of the teams. The supplement players are not allowed to play in the secondary team(s) in the cup-phase or the finals of the tournament. A supplement player can play all the games in the original team.
It’s permitted to have two (2) over-age players in the team, given that the team has applied and received the permission from StadiCup ry seven (7) days before the tournament starts. The over-age players are not allowed to play in the cup-phase or the finals of the tournament. Over-aged players can represent a team only in the qualification round. It’s not allowed to supplement the player list after the registration.

4. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The tournament schedule for the different classes can be found from the StadiCup handbook, chapter “StadiCup 2011 lohkojako”.
5. TIEBREAKERS
In the event the teams are tied at the end of the qualification round, the standings between the tied teams will be determined by:
1. Head to head game points
2. Net goal differential between the tied teams
3. Total goals scored between the tied teams
In the event the standings cannot be determined with the points above, the following will apply:
4. Head to head game win(s)
5. Total net goal differential
6. Total goals scored
7. Draw
Penalty kicks will be used to determine the winner in the cup-phase which will take place after the qualification round. The penalty kicks will be performed in accordance with FIFA and SPL regulations as follows: 5 when 11 players are playing and 3 when 9 or 7 players are playing. The players for performing the penalty kicks shall be selected among the players who have participated in the match (only players in the player roster). The players cannot be substituted once the penalty kick contest has commenced. Between the end of the game and the beginning of the penalty kicks, players can be substituted according to the player roster.
6. LAWS OF THE GAME
The tournament will be played in accordance with the FIFA, SPL and StadiCup ry “laws of the game”.

C) The number of the players and substitutes

The number of the substitutes is not limited and back-and-forward substitution is allowed. The team is allowed to use all the players in the list which shall be delivered to the tournament office before the tournament begins.
D) Fields
The matches will be played on grass or artificial grass fields. In case of heavy rains, it’s possible that the matches will be played on the designated spare fields (sand). In this situation the teams are asked to contact the tournament office and check if their matches will be played on the spare fields.
Old Lady/Lady 70x50 < 80x50, A/B; B, C 90x50 < 105x64, D 70x40 < 80x50, E 60z40 < 70x50, F 40x30 < 60x40.

F) Goal kick
In D12 and E -Girls matches it is permitted to kick the goal kick from anywhere inside the penalty area. In F8 –Girls the goal kick will be performed from anywhere inside the penalty area as a goal throw. In F –Girls, all the players of the opponent team will need to be on their own side of the field and stand still until the goal kick/throw is performed.
G) Offside, corner kick and free kick
Offside rules are followed in all classes, except in Old Lady/Ladies and F –Girls. In all classes a normal corner kick (long) will be used. In D12, E and F –Girls matches the opposing player should be at least 5,5 meter away from the football in case of a free kick, corner kick, penalty kick or goal kick.
7. REFEREES
All referees are authorized by the Football Association of Finland, as also the assistant referees in A-semifinals and finals.
8. PROTESTS
In the event these rules are disobeyd or there are other tournament related disagreements, it’s possible to file a protest. The protest should be delivered to the tournament office within 15 minutes after the match. The protest shall be precisely justified and a fee (100 €) shall be paid when the protest is delivered to the tournament office. If the protest is approved, the fee will be refunded. The jury of the tournament reserves the right to not change the result of the match even if the protest will is approved. Any protest regarding the field conditions or equipment will not be investigated unless the referee has been noticed before the start of the match. In the event the protest is made against the referee, the referee will need to be noticed immediately after the match before he/she has left the field.
9. FORFEITS
If the team does not appear to the match at the latest 5 minutes before the official announced start time of the match or appears shorthanded (in A, B, C and D –girls less than 7 players, Old Lady/Ladies, D12, E and F –girls less than than 6 players) or comes late without any valid reason, will the team who appeared in time to the match declared the winner. The forfeiting team may be disqualified from the tournament and already played matches can be invalidated.
10. PENALTIES
In the event a team is found using over-aged players without the approval from the organizer or in the event of an extreme unsportsmanlike behavior during the tournament, the team/player will be penalized in accordance with the penalty rules of the Football Association of Finland.
The organizer has the right to verify the identity of any attending player.
A player/coach ejected will have at least a one-game suspension. The suspension will apply to a match in the same age class where the player/coach was ejected. In addition, the player/coach cannot represent his/her team in any other age classes during the suspension. Warnings in the tournament will not be recorded.
11. PRIZES
All the winning teams will get a trophy. In F –girls, a Fair Play -prize will be presented. The three best teams in every class will receive StadiCup –medals, 20 medals per team. In F –class all the teams and players will get a participant medal. The winners of the B –finals will get a trophy. All the participants will get StadiCup –diplomas. One player in every age class will receive a special prize. A StadiCup mascot will be chosen from the F8 –age class, and she will receive a special prize. Paavo Einiö -foundation will also present a prize and a grant. In special football team series the first two teams of a division will a prize. (The division information needs to be provided to the organizer well in advance).
12. JURY
The StadiCup organization appoints the jury which consists of three to five members. The decisions of the jury are final.
13. OTHER RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
A) The team is obliged to confirm the player list, which they have provided in advance to the StadiCup web pages, at least 1 hour before the start of the first match. The following information is required:
- Players’ name, birthday, number
- notification of the possible supplement and rotating players
- team contact person and contact information
B) The team shall be ready for the match in the vicinity of the field at the latest 15 minutes before the start of the match.
C) In the event both of the teams have similar color playing shirts, the last mentioned team is required to change their shirts. The shirt of the goalkeeper should be clearly different from the shirts of the other players including the opponent goalkeeper.
D) Rules set and instructions given by the authorities and the organizer will need to be followed at the place of accommodation. The team manager is responsible for his/her team. The teams should bring their own sleeping bags and camping mattresses.
